Bartosz Ostrowski, choreographer, dancer, performer, actor. Graduate of the Academy of Theatre Arts in Cracow, Warsaw Dance Department and PACAP 1&5 in Forum Dança Lisbon. His works are characterised by the coexistence of speech and dance in a direct dialogue with the audience. Author of Babel. The resonance of language, walkie_talkie, Praga Street View and REFUGEE TALKS. Co-founder of dotcompany, with which he created Secondhand´68 in POLIN Museum, Individual Concert and Seagull: five seconds of Chekov, awarded on the Young Direction Forum in Cracow. One of the initiators of The Babel Laboratory - an artistic research project between the fields of choreography and linguistics. Since 2021 developing another research project as a resident artist of” Nature of us” program.
In 2018 he was awarded by Gazeta Wyborcza as one of the new faces of theatre and dance in Poland. He performs in the international touring Cezary Goes To War from Komuna Warszawa, works of the duet: Godowska/Krawczyński and Diana Niepce creation Anda, Diana from TBA Lisboa . Amongst many others collaborated with Agrupación Señor Serrano, João Fiadeiro, Gustavo Ciriaco, Daniel Pizamiglio, João Estevens, kainkollektiv, Cezary Tomaszewski, Magda Szpecht, Wiktor Rubin and Maja Kleczewska.
Bartosz Ostrowski, chorégraphe, danseur, performer, acteur. Est diplômé à l'Académie des Arts du Théâtre de Cracovie, au Warsaw Dance Department et au PACAP de Forum Dança, à Lisbonne. Ses œuvres se caractérisent par la coexistence de la parole et de la danse en dialogue direct avec le public. Auteur de walkie_talkie, Praga Street View et REFUGEE TALKS. Fondateur de la dotcompany, avec laquelle il a créé Secondhand’68 au Musée POLIN, Individual Concert et Seagull: five seconds of Chekov, qui a reçu le prix du Young Direction Forum en Cracovie.

Jego prace charakteryzuje współistnienie tekstu i tańca w bezpośrednim dialogu z widzem. Autor walkie_talkie, Praga Street View oraz REFUGEE TALKS. Założyciel kolektywu dotcompany, w którym współtworzył: Secondhand ’68 w Muzeum POLIN, Koncert Indywidualny czy Mewa, pięć sekund z Czechowa, nagrodzona na Forum Młodej Reżyserii w Krakowie. Jeden z inicjatorów The Babel Laboratory - projektu badań artystycznych w polu lingwistyki i choregrafii. W latach 2021-23 rezydent programu Nature of us .
W 2018 roku wyróżniony przez Gazetę Wyborczą jako jedna z nowych twarzy teatru i tańca w Polsce. Jako performer występuje w spektaklu Cezary idzie na wojnę Cezarego Tomaszewskiego z Komuny Warszawa, Anda, Diana portugalskiej choreografki Diany Niepce oraz Fiasko Magdy Szpecht w Narodowym Starym Teatrze w Krakowie. Współpracuje m.in. z Agrupación Señor Serrano (Una isla), Gustavo Ciriaco (Vastidão), João Fiadeiro (CTR in Forum Dança), Danielem Pizamiglio (Madrugada), jak również w ramach autorskiego projektu wspólnie z biologiem molekularnym Dimą Omelchenko z Uniwersytetu Karola w Pradze oraz dramaturżką Patrycją Kowańską ( Don’t pressure we already lack oxygen ).
Bartosz Ostrowski, coreógrafo, bailarino, performer, ator. Licenciado pela Academia de Artes Teatrais de Cracóvia, pelo Departamento de Dança de Varsóvia e pelo PACAP 1&5 do Fórum Dança Lisboa. As suas obras caracterizam-se pela coexistência da fala e da dança num diálogo direto com o público. Autor de Babel. A ressonância da linguagem, walkie_talkie, Praga Street View e REFUGEE TALKS. Cofundador da dotcompany, com a qual criou Secondhand'68 no Museu POLIN, Individual Concert e Seagull: five seconds of Chekov, premiado no Young Direction Forum em Cracóvia. Um dos iniciadores do The Babel Laboratory - um projeto de investigação artística entre os campos da coreografia e da linguística. Desde 2021 desenvolve outro projeto de investigação como a artista residente do programa "Nature of us" na Workshop Foundation Budapest.
Em 2018, foi premiado pela Gazeta Wyborcza como um dos novos rostos do teatro e da dança na Polónia. Participa na digressão internacional Cezary Goes To War do Komuna Warszawa, obras do dueto: Godowska/Krawczyński e na criação de Diana Niepce Anda, Diana do TBA Lisboa . Entre muitos outros, colaborou com Agrupación Señor Serrano, João Fiadeiro, Gustavo Ciriaco, Daniel Pizamiglio, João Estevens, kainkollektiv, Cezary Tomaszewski, Magda Szpecht, Wiktor Rubin e Maja Kleczewska.
